a. For buildings, developments, dwellings, homes, apartments and other structures intended for human habitation, the Real Estate and Municipal Agency shall ensure that such structures meet all applicable building codes and requirements as specified in the Masterplan, and upon satisfaction and payment of all fees, issue a certificate of occupancy. b. Inspection and renewal of certificates of occupancy shall be required each time buildings, developments, dwellings, homes, apartments and other structures intended for human habitation are transferred. Inspection and renewal of certificates of occupancy shall be required every five (5) years for buildings, developments, dwellings, homes, apartments and other structures intended for human habitation which are leased.
