The Real Estate and Municipal Agency shall have the power to inspect ongoing construction to ensure that the terms of each permit are followed; that the applicable building and worker safety codes are enforced, and that no unapproved changes to the proposed plan are implemented. The Real Estate and Municipal Agency may charge fees for such inspections.
