1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

The applicant shall pay SAMA a non-refundable licensing application processing fee of ten thousand Saudi Riyals (SR 10,000). Upon approval of the application, the applicant shall pay SAMA the following licensing fee: ) يتحمل مقدم الطلب مبلغ ( عشرة آلاف ريال لدراسة ومراجعة الطلب وإذا تمت الموافقة عڴى الطلب يتحمل تكاليف الإصدار، وفق الآتي، ودفعها للمؤسسة:  (SR 100,000) One hundred thousand Saudi Riyals for Insurance Company. ( مئة ألف ريال لشركة التأم؈ن  (SR 200,000) Two hundred thousand Saudi Riyals for Re-insurance Company. ( مئتا ألف ريال لشركة إعادة التأم؈ن  (SR 300,000) Three hundred thousand Saudi Riyals for Insurance and Reinsurance Company. ( ثلاث ألف مئة ريال لشركة التأم؈ن وإعادة التأم؈ن  (SR 25,000) Twenty βive thousand Saudi Riyals for Insurance and reinsurance Services Providers, except the actuary and the insurance advisor. ( خمسة وعشرون ألف ريال من لأي أصحاب المهن الحرة عدا الخب؈ر الاكتواري واستشاري التأم؈ن  (SR 5,000) Five thousand Saudi Riyals for Actuaries and Insurance Advisors.
