1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

المادة الأوڲى The following words and statements mentioned in this implementing regulations, wherever they occur unless otherwise provided in the text, shall have the meanings indicated below: يقصـــد بالكلمـــات والعبـــارات الآتيـــة، أينمـــا وردت ࢭـــي هـــذ ه اللائحـــة، المعـــاني الموضـــحة أمـــام كـــل مٔڈـــا مـــا لـــم يقـــتض السياق خلاف ذلك: 1. Law: Law on Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies promulgated by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 2.6.1424 H, corresponding to 31.7.2003. النظام: نظام مراقبة شركات التأم؈ن التعاوني 2. Implementing Regulations: Implementing regulations provisions of the Law on Supervision of Cooperative Insurance Companies. اللائحة: اللائحة التنفيذية للنظام. 3. Governor: The Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. المحـــــــافظ: محـــــــافظ مؤسســـــــة النقـــــــد العربـــــــي السعودي. 4. SAMA: The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. المؤسسة: مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي. 5. Person: A natural person or a juristic entity. الشخص: أي شخص طبيڥي أو اعتباري. 6. Insurance Supervisor: A government agency or public institution responsible for the supervision and control of the insurance sector. مشـــرف التـــأم؈ن: هيئـــة حكوميـــة أو مؤسســـة عامـــة تقــوم بالإشــراف والرقابــة عڴــى قطــاع التــأم؈ن ࢭــي بلــد الاكتتاب. 7. Insurance: Mechanism of contractually shifting burdens of pure risks by pooling them. التــأم؈ن: ت حويــل أعبــاء المخــاطر مــن المــؤم َّ ن لهــم إڲــى المـــــؤمِّن، وتعـــــويض مـــــن يتعـــــرض مـــــٔڈم للضـــــرر أو الخسارة من قبل المؤمِّن. 8. Reinsurance: Transfer of the insured’s risk from the insurer to the reinsurer and to indemnify the insurer by the reinsurer for any payments made to the insured against damages or loss. إعــادة التــأم؈ن: تحويــل أعبــاء المخــاطر المــؤم َّ ن علٕڈــا مــن المــؤمِّن إڲــى معيــد التــأم؈ن، وتعــويض المــؤمِّن مــن قبــل معيــد التــأم؈ن عمــا يــتم دفعــه للمــؤمن لهــم إذا تعرضوا للضرر أو الخسارة.
