:المادة الخامسة An insurance or re-insurance company - upon commencing business - may not suspend its insurance activities without the prior approval of the Saudi Central Bank. This is to ensure that insurance companies take all necessary measures to safeguard the rights of the policyholders and the investors. لا يجوز لأي من شركات التأمين أو شركات إعادة التأمين– بعد مباشرة أعمالها– التوقف عن مزاولة الأعمال التأمينية قبل الحصول على موافقة البنك المركزي السعودي، وذلك للتحقق من قيام شركات التأمين بعمل الترتيبات اللازمة للمحافظة على حقوق .المؤمن لهم والمستثمرين
