Insurance Intermediaries Regulation

Intermediaries shall document in books and records all data, information and documents related to the business they conduct with (re)insurance companies and policyholders including the following: حتف الوسمطاء والوكلاء بالبيانات والمعلومات والمسمتندات المتعلقة بالعمل ال ار مع تم ات التأمين وتمممم ات اعا م التأمين والملم ة لهم في :س لات و وات بما في ل الآ ي a) Name and address of the represented party: أ) اسممممم الط ا الل مثله الوسمممميط والوكيل :وعنوانه - Insurance company in the case of an agent and reinsurance broker. تممم كة التأمين في الة وكيل التأمين ووسممميط اعا م التأمين. - Client in the case of a broker. - العميل في الة وسيط التأمين. b) A copy of the agreement executed with the represented party: ب) نسممممخمة مة الاتفما المهجم مع الط ا المل مثله:الوسيط - Agency agreement in the case of an agent. - اتفا الو الة في الة الوكيل. - Broker client agreement in the case of a broker. الاتفما المهجم بين الوسمممميط والعميمل في مالمة الوسيط. c) Copy of Clients’ insurance policies. ج) نسخة مة وثايي تأمين العملاء. d) Business related memorandums and correspondences. ) الملك ات والم اسلات اللى تم بين الط وين. e) Insurance proposal forms received on behalf of insurance companies. امممممم) نما ج طل التأمين المسممتلمة بالنيابة عة ت ات التأمين. f) Clients names as well as the date of issuance of the insurance policy and the collection of premiums. و) أسمممماء العملاء وتاربخ اصمممدار وثيقة التأمين وأقساا التأمين المحصلة. g) Book keeping related to premiums received or claims paid or any other financial transaction related to the insurance business. ) الا تفاظ بالسم لات المحاسم ية ات الصملة بأقسمماا التأمين المُحصمملة والمطالبات المسممد م وأ عامل ما ي خ علاقة بأعمال التأمين. h) Bank accounts related to the insurance business. ) الحسمممممابمات البن يمة ات الصمممملمة بمأع مال التأمين.
