الهدف من النظامArticle 2: Purpose of the Law يهدف النظام إĞł تطوير وتعÑيز تنافسية البيئة الاستثماÌية Ņû المملكة والمساه ûŅ مة التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق الفرص الوظيفية عن طÎيق توفير مناخ استثماري جاذب للاستثم ارات، ووفقًا لما تقضي به الأنظمة ذات العلاقة، ومن ذلك - تسهيل تأسيس الاستثمار، وتملك الأصول فيه، والتخارج أو منه تصفيته - ضمان حقوق المستثمر وتعÑيزها - ضمان المساواة Ņû المعاملة بين المستثمر المحĜŅ والأجنبي - ضمان توفير إجراءات شفافة وفعالة وعادلة للمستثمر واستثماره - دعم مبدأ الحياد التنافسي والإنصاف وضمان تكافؤ الفرص Ņû معاملة الاستثمار This Law aims to develop and enhance the competitiveness of the investment environment in the Kingdom, contribute to economic development, and create job opportunities by providing an attractive investment climate, in accordance with relevant laws; this shall include the following: 1. Facilitating the establishment of investments, ownership of assets therein, and the exit therefrom or liquidation thereof. 2. Guaranteeing and promoting the rights of investors. 3. Guaranteeing equal treatment for local and foreign investors. 4. Ensuring transparent, efficient, and fair procedures for investors and their investments. 5.
