المادة التاسعة : أحكام عامة Policy Schedule جدول الوثيقة The Standard Insurance Policy on Domestic Workers Contract الصيغة النموذجية لوثيقة التأمين الإلزامية على عقد العمالة المنزلية Article One Introduction مقدمة المادة الأولـى This Policy specifies the minimum limit for the compulsory insurance on domestic workers contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, and exceptions provided herein or attached hereto. In consideration of the Insured having paid the premium to the Insurer, the Insurer agrees to provide insurance coverage up to the amounts and limits stated in the Policy Schedule or amended in the Appendix. Insurers and Employers shall not be entitled to agree on liability limits lower than those set forth in this Policy, and they may agree to add coverages not provided for in this Policy. ُت حدد هذه الوثيقة الحد الأدنى للتأمين الإلزامي على عقد العمالة المنزلية طبق ا للأحكام والشروط والاستثناءات الواردة ،فيها أو الملحقة بها وتوافق شركة التأمين على تقديم التغطية التأمينية بمبالغ وحدود التغطيات المبينة بجدول الوثيقة أو المعدلة في الملحق باعتبار ها حدود التعويض المعتمدة خلال فترة التغطية التأمينية مقابل موافقة طالب التأمين بدفع القسط المتفق ،عليه ويُحظر على الشركة وصاحب العمل الاتفاق على تخفيض حدود المسؤولية عمّ ا جاء في هذه الوثيقة ويجوز لهم الاتفاق على إضافة ّتغطيات غير مبي.نة في هذه الوثيقة Article Two Definitions التعريفات المادة الثـانية The following words and phrases, wherever they occur in this Policy, shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context implies otherwise: يقصد بالكلمات والعبارات الآتية أينما وردت في هذه الوثيقة المعاني الموضحة أمامها، ما :لم يقتضِ سياق النص خلاف ذلك 1) Policy: The Standard Insurance Policy on Domestic Workers Contract. :الوثيقة الصيغة النموذجية ل وثيقة .التأمين على عقد العمالة المنزلية 2) Employer: any natural person who recruits a Domestic Worker directly or through a :صاحب العمل كل شخص ذي صفة طبيعية اس تقدم عامل الخدمة المنزلية licensed Recruitment Agency to perform a domestic service, or to whom the sponsorship of the Domestic Worker has been transferred to. بنفسه أو عن طريق جهة استقدام مرخص اهل لأداء خدمة منزلي ة، أو ُقلت ن له خدمات عامل الخدمة المنزلية. 3) Recruitment Agency: the recruitment office or company that mediated the recruitment of the Domestic Worker for the Employer. :جهة الاستقدام شركة أو مكتب الاستقدام الذي قام بالتوسط في استقدا م عامل الخدمة المنزلية لمصلحة صاحب .العمل 4) Domestic Worker: any natural person who performs a direct domestic service for the Employer or any member of his/her family under the supervision and direction of the Employer or any person who acts on his/her behalf, even when such worker is not under his/her direct control. The competent authority determines the occupation of domestic workers. :عامل الخدمة المنزلية كل شخص ذ و صفة طبيعية يؤدي خدمة منزلية مباشرة إلى صاحب العمل أو أي فرد من أفراد أسرته ويكون أثناء أدائه الخدمة تحت إشراف وتوجيه صاحب العمل أو من يقوم ،مقامه ولو كان بعيدا عن نظارته وتحدد .الجهة المختصة مهن عامل الخدمة المنزلية 5) Insured: the Employer or the Domestic Worker who benefits from the Insurance coverage according to the provisions set forth in the Policy. :المؤمَّ ن لهم صاحب العمل أو عامل الخدمة المنزلية المستفيد من التغطية التأمينية.حسب الأحكام المبينة في الوثيقة 6) First Beneficiary: the Employer. :المستفيد الأول.صاحب العمل 7) Second Beneficiary: the Domestic Worker. :المستفيد الثاني عا مل الخدمة .المنزلية
