Subject to Article 13 an exemption from Article 100) of the Companies Law, Power & Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu (MARATIF) shall transfer the ownership of sixty percent (60%) of its shares, in the Company, to the company awarded the right to develop, with the following shareholders, through the Company, the Jubail IWWP project as stipulated in the Supreme Economic Council Regulation.
