1. The Authority shall maintain separate accounts and budgets for endowments under its trusteeship or management, independent from the Authority’s accounts and budget. 2. The Authority shall maintain separate accounts for the endowments of the Two Holy Mosques. 3. Funds of endowments under the trusteeship or management of the Authority shall be deposited in separate accounts with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency or any licensed Saudi bank. Law of the General Authority of Endowments The fiscal year of the Authority shall be the State’s fiscal year, with the exception of the first fiscal year which shall commence on the date this Law comes into force.
