My employer ended my indefinite contract without notice after 3 years. What are my options?
An indefinite, monthly-paid contract requires at least 60 days' written notice. Termination without a lawful cause entitles you to compensation of no less than 15 days' wage for each year of service, unless the contract provides for more.
