Terms of Service
Last updated 23 June 2026
This is legal information, not legal advice. The Arabic text of any law governs.
1. About this service
Alqanoni operates a public website for searching Saudi public law and asking an AI assistant grounded in that law. These terms govern your use of the public website. Paid plans and the Alqanoni practice OS are governed by their own subscription agreement presented at sign-up.
2. Legal information, not legal advice
Alqanoni provides legal information to help you find and understand published law. It does not provide legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and is not a substitute for a licensed Saudi lawyer. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong; verify every result against the cited source before relying on it.
3. The Arabic text governs
Saudi law is published in Arabic. Any English text, translation or summary on Alqanoni is for guidance only. Where an English rendering differs from the Arabic source, the Arabic text is the sole binding version.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass the rate limits and abuse controls on the service; not to use it to provide unlicensed legal services; and not to submit unlawful content. We may rate-limit, suspend or block access to protect the service.
5. No confidential data
The public website is anonymous and is not a secure place for confidential or privileged information. Do not enter client names, case details or personal data into anonymous search or AI. Save confidential work for an authenticated account in the Alqanoni OS.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alqanoni is not liable for losses arising from reliance on search results or AI answers. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with the free service is to stop using it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Saudi law are not affected by anything in these terms.
