Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 23 June 2026
This is legal information, not legal advice. The Arabic text of any law governs.
1. The free tier
Public-law search and the basic AI assistant are free and require no payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Max self-serve; Practice and Enterprise via sales) are billed in advance for the chosen period — monthly or annually — through our payment processor, Moyasar. Every charge includes 15% VAT and is accompanied by a ZATCA tax invoice.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period so your access is not interrupted. Before you pay, we show the price and the next renewal date. We email you before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel from your account at any time — no phone call and no retention obstacles. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Refunds
If a charge was clearly in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal billed after you cancelled — contact us and we will refund it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Beyond such cases, paid periods are generally non-refundable once used, except where Saudi consumer-protection law requires otherwise; those mandatory rights always apply.
6. Annual plans
Annual plans are discounted (about two months free versus monthly) in exchange for the yearly commitment. They renew annually and can be cancelled to stop the next year's renewal.
