1. Information, not advice
Everything on Alqanoni is legal information intended to help you find and understand published law. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed in Saudi Arabia who knows your facts.
2. Verify against the source
AI answers are generated from indexed law and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Every answer shows the article it relied on. Always open and read the cited source before acting. When the assistant cannot find a source, it tells you so — treat that as “unknown”, not as “no such law”.
3. The Arabic text governs
Saudi law is published in Arabic. English answers, translations and summaries are informational only and are produced by machine. The Arabic text is the sole legally binding version; never rely on an English rendering for a filing or contract without confirming the Arabic source.
4. No confidential data
The public site is anonymous and not a secure channel. Do not enter confidential, privileged or personal information into anonymous search or AI.
5. Currency
Law changes. We surface the lifecycle status (in force, amended, repealed) where we have it, but you remain responsible for confirming that an instrument is current as of the date you rely on it.
