Law of the General Authority of Endowments 1. This Law shall supersede the Law of the Supreme Council for Endowments issued by Royal Decree No. (M/35) dated 1386/07/18 H, nd shall enter into force 90 days following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In exception to Article 223 of the Law of Civil Procedures issued by Royal Decree No. 1435/01/22 H, provisions set forth in this Law shall apply to endowments under the Authority's trusteeship. 3. This Law shall repeal all other provisions conflicting therewith, including the provisions set forth in the Law of the General Commission for Guardianship over Property of Minors and the Like issued by Royal Decree No. (M/17) dated 1427/03/13 H.
