1. Without prejudice to Article 28 of this Law and any harsher penalty stipulated in any other law, a person who violates any provision of this Law or its Regulations shall be subject to one or more of the following penalties: a) A fine not exceeding 15 million riyals. b) Partial or complete suspension of the license for a period not exceeding one year. c) License revocation. d) Closure of the facility for a period not exceeding one month. 2. The Minister shall issue classification schedules for the violations and their corresponding penalties, provided that they are within the limits stipulated in this Article, taking into account the nature and gravity of each violation as well as any aggravating or mitigating circumstances.
