(1) A Payment Service Provider licensed under the Payment Service Provider Regulations shall be deemed to be licensed under and subject to the Implementing Regulation from its effective date. (2) A Payment Service Provider or Payment System Operator must provide a plan for undertaking corrective procedures to comply with the provisions of the Law and the Implementing Regulation within a maximum of six months from the effective date on which the Implementing Regulation come into effect.
