Without prejudice to the rights of third persons in good faith, the Court shall in the event of a conviction; issue an order to confiscate the following: a. Proceeds of the crime, including proceeds intermingled with funds acquired from legitimate sources up to the value of the intermingled proceeds; b. Instrumentalities; and c. Funds related to the crimes stipulated in this law, or intend to be used.
