A bank must provide SAMA, at the end of the subsequent month and in the
manner prescribed thereby, with a correct and true monthly consolidated
statement that reflects its financial position. It shall also provide SAMA, within
six months of the end of its fiscal year and in the manner prescribed thereby,
with a copy of its annual budget and profit and loss statement certified by its
auditors.
