The Minister of Finance and National Economy may, in exceptional
circumstances and upon the approval of the Council of Ministers, exempt any
bank from some of this Law’s provisions or the rules and resolutions issued for
its implementation for a limited period; exemption conditions shall be
determined on a case by case basis.
