1. The small debtor may file a petition for the initiation of a protective settlement procedure instead of initiating the protective settlement procedure
for small debtors.
2. The debtor may not initiate a protective settlement procedure for small debtors if he has previously been subject to such procedure or to a
protective settlement procedure during the preceding 12 months.
