1. The court may, based on the objection filed therewith, order the suspension of the plan for a period not exceeding 14 days, provided that the
court, during this period, decides to nullify the plan or reject the objection.
2. If the court rules to nullify the plan, no creditor shall be required to return any amount received from the small debtor prior to nullification of the
plan.
