The prohibition stipulated in Article 188 of this Law shall not affect the calculation of the value of any creditor’s claim for the purpose of voting on
the proposal. The
value of the creditor’s claim for the purpose of voting shall be the remainder of the claim’s value after deducting the debtor’s dues.
