1. The court shall notify the Bankruptcy Committee of any decision issued under this Chapter immediately after its issuance.
2. The Bankruptcy Committee shall, as specified in the Regulations, create a register for decisions issued pursuant to Article 203(2) of this Law.
The text of the ruling shall be made available to the public.
