1. Any person with interest may file an objection before the court against any of the following disposition which the debtor takes during the 12
months preceding the initiation of the procedure involving a non-related party, or during the 24 months preceding the initiation of the procedure
involving a related party:
a) Relinquishing, wholly or partially, any of his assets, rights, or securities provided thereto.
b) Concluding a transaction for no or unfair consideration.
c) Concluding an agreement for the settlement of debts prior to their maturity dates, or the unfair settlement of such debts.
d) Providing securities for unestablished debts.
e) Discharging, wholly or partially, the debtor from a debt owed to him.
2. Any objection under paragraph (1) of this Article shall not be considered upon the lapse of 24 months from the date of the initiation of the
procedure.
