Bankruptcy Law

1. Unless otherwise provided for, any person with interest may challenge before the court any action or decision taken by the debtor, creditor, bankruptcy trustee, or competent authority pursuant to this Law within 14 days from the date of such decision or action. 2. Subject to the provisions of Article 217 of this Law, a court decision issued pursuant to this Article shall be deemed final and not subject to any form of appeal.
