If the debtor dies after the initiation of a liquidation procedure, small debtors' liquidation procedure, or administrative liquidation procedure, and
prior to the court’s decision to terminate the same, such procedure shall continue and the trustee or the Bankruptcy Committee shall complete
their respective duties in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
