1. The debtor shall provide the trustee, upon his appointment, with a detailed list of valid contracts and any data relevant thereto, along with copies of said contracts and a statement identifying contracts to remain valid or to be terminated along with the grounds therefor. 2. The trustee may request the debtor to provide him with information or documents relating to the contracts referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, and the debtor must submit the same within a reasonable time determined by the trustee. 3. The trustee shall carefully examine the list of contracts, information, and documents submitted to him under paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Article.
