A natural person debtor may retain out of the bankruptcy assets what is required to provide him and his dependents with a decent standard of
living. The court shall determine the amount based on the trustee’s recommendation. The debtor shall
assist the trustee in determining the value of his assets to determine those that may be retained by the debtor. Assets retained for such purpose
shall not be included in the proposal.
