If the debtor disposes of any of the bankruptcy assets beyond the scope of his normal course of business in violation of the provisions of Article
70(1)(n) of this Law, the court may decide, upon the request of a person with interest, to nullify his action and recover assets, or take any other
appropriate action, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties. An aggrieved party may file a claim for compensation.
