1. The debtor shall, upon the trustee’s approval, notify the creditors whose claims are approved by the court of the date scheduled for voting, at least 21 days prior to such date. The notification shall be accompanied with a copy of the proposal, or proof of access thereto through any electronic means as specified in the Regulations. The debtor shall announce the date scheduled for voting on the proposal in the manner specified by the Regulations. 2. If owners’ rights are affected by the proposal, the debtor shall, upon the trustee’s approval, notify the affected owners of the date scheduled for voting, at least 21 days prior to such date.
