1. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 58 and 69 of this Law, the trustee shall oversee the implementation of the plan during the period from the confirmation of the proposal to the completion of the plan and the conclusion of the financial restructuring procedure. If the trustee encounters any obstacles impeding said implementation, he must petition the court to review the matter and take the necessary action. 2. The proposal may, in addition to the provisions of this Law and the Regulations thereof, specify the trustee’s powers and duties as well as restrictions on the debtor’s actions. 3. The debtor shall submit a quarterly progress report to the trustee on the plan implementation progress, as specified in the Regulations. 4. The trustee shall review the report submitted by the debtor under paragraph (3) of this Article to verify the accuracy of the information contained therein, and shall submit the same to the court and creditors within 30 days from the date of receipt.
