1. The trustee shall deposit the court’s decision to terminate the financial restructuring procedure in the Bankruptcy Register. This shall result in the
end of his duties.
2. The Regulations shall specify the actions to be taken by the trustee regarding the information and documents in his possession which are related
to the procedure.
