A license application shall be submitted by the Applicant in accordance with the procedures specified by the Competent Authority. The application shall include the following details: 1. Complete the licensing application form and specify the type of license required (license to issue accreditation certificates or to conduct audits or inspections). 2. Submit the entity’s articles of association, commercial registration, address, and official contact details. 3.
