A chamber shall have one auditor, or more, licensed to practice in the Kingdom
to be annually selected by the general assembly from among at least three
auditors nominated by the board of directors. The general assembly shall
approve his fees, and it may reappoint him for a period or periods not exceeding
four consecutive years. Said auditor shall submit to the general assembly an
annual report prepared in accordance with the auditing standards approved in
the Kingdom, and a copy thereof shall be provided to the Ministry.
