1. The Federation’s Board of Directors shall appoint an experienced,
competent, and academically qualified Secretary General. He must, in a non-
voting capacity, attend all Board meetings, except for closed meetings. The
Regulations shall determine the criteria required for such appointment.
2. The Federation’s Board of Directors may hold closed meetings to review the
performance of the Secretary General.
