1. A claim against a solidary debtor that is barred due to the lapse of the statute
of limitations shall only benefit the other debtors to the extent of such debtor’s
share.
2. The creditor may not invoke the interruption or suspension of the statutory
period pertaining to a solidary debtor against the other debtors.
