1. Ownership of the sold item shall be transferred to the buyer upon conclusion
of the sale, without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 655, 656, and 657
of this Law.
2. Transfer of ownership shall not be precluded due to the sale of items in bulk,
even if the price thereof is determined based on an estimation of the sold
items.
