1. The seller is bound to warrant the buyer against any infringement on his part
against all or part of the sold item.
2. The seller is bound to warrant that all or part of the sold item is free from any
third-party rights if such rights were established prior to the conclusion of the
sale contract or devolved to a third party from the seller.
