1. Upon revocation of the gift contract, the donor may recover the gift as well as its fruits from the time the donee agrees to return the gift or from the time of filing a claim in cases where the donor has the right of revocation. 2. A donee may not recover any gift-related expenses he incurs, except for useful expenses and to the extent such expenses contributed to the increase in the value of the gift, and for necessary expenses.
