1. If the contracting parties fail to determine the quantity of the subject, and the
contract includes what the court may use to determine such quantity, the
court shall make its determination on such basis.
2. If the contracting parties fail to agree on the quality level of a thing and there
is no custom or presumption to determine such level, the thing delivered by
the debtor shall be of average quality.
