1. Any interested party may object to the registration of a vessel within 90 days following the date of publication of the registration record. 2. A reasoned objection shall be submitted to the vessel registration office for Commercial Maritime Law entry into the register, followed by filing an objection claim with the competent judicial authority within 15 days from the date of submission of the objection; otherwise, the objection shall be deemed null and void.
