1. Insurance contracts shall not cover risks associated with civil or interstate war, piracy, plunder, rebellions, revolutions, strikes and lockouts, as well as risks arising from acts of sabotage and terrorism, and any damage directly or indirectly arising from nuclear radiation or explosions, regardless of their cause, unless agreed otherwise. 2. Notwithstanding Article 331, insurance contracts shall not cover damage caused by the insured items to other property or persons.
