1. If an insurance contract on freight does not provide that the entire value of freight be due in all circumstances, the insurance shall cover only 60% thereof, unless agreed otherwise. 2. With respect to insurance on freight, the insurer shall, within the limits of the insurance amount, cover only the share of freight in general average and recovery thereof in case the vessel is abandoned due to an insured risk, on the condition that the insured, in the circumstances set forth in Article 336(b) and (d), establishes that he was unable to evacuate the goods to the place Commercial Maritime Law of destination.
