1. If the insured breaches the obligations stipulated in Article 351, the insurer may seek the immediate termination of the contract in addition to a compensation equal to the insurance premiums pertaining to shipments of which he has not been notified. If it is established that the insured acted in bad faith, the insurer may recover the amounts he has reimbursed for shipment-related accidents following the first deliberate breach committed by the insured.
