1. Any vessel subject to the pilotage code must fly on its mast the sign requesting a pilot prior to its entry to, exit from, or movement within a pilotage zone. 2. The master shall inform the pilot of the particulars relating to the draft, length, and width of the vessel's hull, as well as its capacity to maneuver under different drafts and speeds. Such particulars shall be clearly visible in the bridge.
