1. The competent court shall issue a judicial order to lift the arrest upon provision of a guarantee or other security sufficient to satisfy the debt. 2. The court may not order the lifting of an arrest if it was effected by reason of the maritime debts provided in Article 75(14) and (15). In such case, the court may permit the person in possession of the vessel to use it, if he provides sufficient security, or to manage the vessel during the arrest period in the manner specified in the permission.
