Company Representation and Responsibility for Manager’s
Acts
1. The manager shall represent the limited liability company before the
judiciary, arbitration tribunals, and other parties. He may delegate some of
his powers to others to perform certain acts.
2. A decision appointing or replacing a manager or restricting his powers shall
not be valid against third parties except after its registration with the
Commercial Register.
3. The company shall be bound by the acts of the manager which are within
the company's purposes.
