1. A partner or shareholder in a professional company shall be personally liable
to the company and other partners or shareholders, as the case may be, for
his malpractice.
2. A professional company shall be liable for any damage incurred by a third
party due to malpractice committed by its partners or shareholders, as the
case may be, or committed by its employees.
