Interdiction, Insolvency, or Initiation of Liquidation
Proceedings against a General Partner
The articles of incorporation of a professional general partnership and a
professional limited partnership shall specify the consequences of the
interdiction or insolvency of a general partner, or the initiation of any liquidation
proceedings against such partner under the Bankruptcy Law.
